BRAND BUILDING VAULT

5 Week
REBRAND + REFOCUS

This 5-week plan is designed to help you get organized and view your business from a fresh perspective. Each week, we’ll dive into a different topic, discussing how to refine and perfect it. The program includes pre-recorded modules created by Ty Rochelle, released weekly for everyone to watch. We'll then come together as a group during our Monday calls to discuss the topics and address any questions you may have.

Week 1: REFOCUS + Vision Board

Focus on why you truly wanted to start your business. This week is all about creating a clear vision for your brand and defining what you want for your future. We'll break down your business, reflect on how far you've come, and get organized to prepare for the weeks ahead.

1. CREATE A VISION BOARD

5+ Examples of What You Expect Your Brand to Look Like (NO WIG BRANDS)

Choose brands that resonate with the luxury, creativity, or customer experience you want your brand to embody.

Examples might include:
- Louis Vuitton: for timeless luxury and exclusivity.
- Apple: for innovation and simplicity.
- Glossier: for modern branding and community engagement.
- Tesla: for disruptive innovation and high-end appeal.
- Ritz-Carlton: for unparalleled customer service and experience.

Add images of their campaigns, store designs, or brand packaging that align with your vision.

5+ Pictures for Color Inspiration

Curate a color palette that represents your brand’s identity and vibe:

- Explore neutrals like beige, cream, and soft grays for sophistication.
- Add pops of color like gold, blush pink, or emerald green for luxury accents
- Include contrasts like black and white for sleek, modern appeal.
- Pull inspiration from nature, artwork, or interior design.

5+ Pictures for Long-Term Goals

Think big about where you want your brand and life to go:

- A photo of a large warehouse or studio for your business.
- An image of a team working together in a collaborative space.
- A luxury vacation spot symbolizing work-life balance (e.g., Maldives or Santorini).
- A feature in a magazine to symbolize media coverage and recognition.
- A new car or dream home to represent personal growth.

Short-Term Goals

Write down actionable goals to achieve within the next 6–12 months:

- Grow Instagram following to a specific number.
- Launch a new collection or campaign.
- Book and complete a set number of wig classes or mentorship programs.
- Increase revenue by a set percentage or dollar amount.
- Enhance client engagement through events or exclusive content.

Money Goals

Visualize your financial aspirations and translate them into imagery:

- A bank statement with six figures to symbolize financial success.
- A chart showing upward growth for steady income.
- Stacks of cash or a photo of a credit card to represent financial freedom.
- A luxury shopping bag (e.g., Hermès or Chanel) as a reward for your hard work.

Include Your WHY

Your "why" is the emotional driver behind your brand. It should be at the center of your vision board.

Examples:
- A photo of family to symbolize the legacy you’re building.
- A quote like: “Empowered women empower women.”
-  An image of a happy client or testimonial showing the impact of your wigs.
- A vision statement that speaks to transforming lives through confidence and beauty.

Tips for the Vision Board

- Use clear, high-quality images that evoke emotion.
- Arrange your board into sections (e.g., branding, goals, color palette) for clarity.
- Be CREATIVE! Remeber, its something you'll look at daily.
- Keep it somewhere visible to serve as daily motivation.

2. Write It Out! A Guide to Staying Focused and Intentional

Step 1: Purchase Your Journals

Business Goals Journal:
Use this to track your daily, weekly, and monthly business objectives. Include plans, milestones, and strategies.

Self-Reflecting Journal: Dedicate this to personal growth, gratitude, and mindfulness. Reflect on how you’re feeling, what’s going well, and areas for improvement.

Step 2: Start Each Day with Gratitude

- In your self-reflecting journal, write 3-5 things you’re grateful for every day. Focus on both personal and professional wins.

Example: “Grateful for a successful wig launch,” or “Grateful for good health and supportive clients.”

- Gratitude helps you stay grounded and motivated even when challenges arise.

Step 3: Plan Your Day in the Business Goals Journal

Write out your schedule:

Morning: Start with a positive mindset. Review your goals and action plan for the day.

Afternoon: Focus on completing tasks that directly impact your long-term goals (e.g., marketing campaigns, client outreach).

Evening: Reflect on your accomplishments and jot down anything you need to adjust for tomorrow.

Step 4: Reflect on How You’re Going to Succeed

- In your self-reflecting journal, write daily affirmations like:
“I am capable of achieving my business goals.”
“Every step I take brings me closer to my dream.”

- List 3 priorities for the day that align with your long-term vision.

Step 5: Plan Ahead

- For Today: Focus on immediate tasks and wins.
Example: “Post a social media campaign,” or “Ship five orders.”

- For Tomorrow: Prepare a clear to-do list before bed to stay ahead.
Example: “Finalize product descriptions,” or “Schedule photoshoots.”

- For Next Week
: Break down weekly goals.
Example: “Finalize holiday sale details,” or “Schedule 1-on-1 mentorship calls.”

- For Next Month: Set tangible, measurable objectives.
Example: “Grow revenue by 20%,” or “Enroll 15 new students in wig classes.”

- For Long-Term Goals: Keep your ultimate vision at the forefront.
Example: “Build a seven-figure business,” or “Open a luxury wig showroom.”

Step 6: Reflect Weekly

Set aside time at the end of each week to:
 * Review what went well.
 * Identify areas for improvement.
 * Adjust your plans for the upcoming week.

Bonus Tip: Keep It Fun and Visual

- Add creativity to your journals with:
    *Stickers, colorful pens, or highlighters
.  * Visuals like mood boards, charts, or doodles.

- Celebrate milestones, big or small, to keep yourself motivated.
